Task 5 London visit

London visit

When I came here I spent my entire first weekend visiting interesting places that London has got. There are many famous historic places in the world, and there are especially many historic places in England. London has famous cathedrals, castles, squares, and other sites of historical significance.

One of the oldest, and the most famous, castle in London is the Tower of London. The Tower has stood for 907 years as a symbol of power of the English monarchy. It was very exciting to visiting Tower of London. After the second day, I was I London eye it was very exiting an unforgettable moment.

Also, the London Eye is the UK’s most popular paid for visitor attraction, visited by over 3.5 million people a year. A breathtaking feat of design and engineering, passengers in the London Eye's capsules can see up to 40 kilometers in all directions. It was certainly one of the best weekends ever, and one off the happiest moment of my.

Task 4, Speaking practice

Speaking practice

I haven’t had the chance to attend the conversation club fatefully, but, I organised my own discussion in a small group with other classmate.
So, our conversation was about Human Intelligence. We have had a different opinion and idea about Human Intelligence, other than somewhat we agreed with a lot of ides. We thing that several kinds of intelligence.

First of all, there is mathematical-logical intelligence. So, people with this kind of intelligence become mathematicians, scientists, or engineers.
Also, we talked about linguistic intelligence. People with linguistic intelligence are good at language, so they become poet and writes. There are also, spatial and musical kinds of intelligences. Spatial intelligences are necessary for architects and artist, and musical intelligence is necessary for musicians.

In addition, there is bodly-kinesthetic intelligence. Athletes, actors, and dancers have high bodily-kinesthetic intelligence.
The last two kinds of intelligence are interpersonal and intrapersonal. People with these two kinds of personal intelligence manage people well, so, they become leaders of society.
There is more than one way to be smart.

TASK 3 Preparing for further study

After Pre-sessional course I am going to study for MA Master Degree. I will take this course full-time, this is one year course.

There are four core modules:
International Marketing
Marketing Communications
Marketing Research
Marketing Strategy

Optional modules include:
Consumer Behaviour
Contemporary Issues in Marketing
Service Sector Marketing
Brands

I went to the library of the university; I borrowed a book called Basic Marketing. I looked at the first chapter in which explain, How Marketing is Important to You.

Another important reason for learning about marketing is that marketing affects roughly every aspect of your each day life. All the goods and services you buy the stores’ where we shops, and the radios and the TV programs paid for by advertising are there because of marketing.
In this book I found information about opportunities in different areas of marketing in sales, advertising, product, marketing research and other areas. Marketing is the success of every organization.

An even more basic reason for studying marketing is that marketing is playing a big part in economic growth and development. Marketing stimulates research and new ideas resulting in new goods and services. Marketing gives a costumer a choice among products. Think about the school where you take this course. If you didn’t know about its offerings or if they didn’t interest you---you would simply pick some other school.
I’m looking forward to meet my course leader as soon as possible.
